Terms of Use

Welcome to the studio. These Terms of Use form an agreement between you and Visora AI Image Maker, the developer of the app. They set the ground rules for using Visora AI Image Maker. Please read them before you start creating. Effective date: 2026-11-04.

Stepping inside

By downloading, opening or using Visora AI Image Maker, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Your licence to create

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control. This licence is subject to these Terms and to Apple's App Store rules. You may not copy, modify, resell, reverse engineer or redistribute the app, except where the law allows it.

Keep the canvas clean

Use the app lawfully and respectfully. Do not use it to create or share content that: - is illegal, harmful, harassing, hateful or sexually exploitative; - infringes someone else's rights; - impersonates real people in a misleading way; or - is intended to deceive. Do not try to overload, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the app or its backend. We may limit or end your access if you break these rules.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid features are sold through Apple In-App Purchase on the Apple App Store. Prices are shown in the app before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple ID account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Who owns what

The app, including its design, code, branding and features, belongs to Visora AI Image Maker and is protected by intellectual property laws. You keep ownership of the prompts you write. As between you and us, you own the images you generate, to the extent the law allows. You are responsible for how you use them. You give us permission to process your prompts and images only as needed to run the service. Similar images may be generated for other users, and AI-generated works may not qualify for legal protection everywhere.

An honest note on AI

AI-generated images can be surprising, imperfect or unexpected. Example images shown for the app are just that: examples. Your results may differ.

Warranty disclaimer

The app is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. This includes warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy and uninterrupted availability.

Limits of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Visora AI Image Maker is not liable for: - indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages; or - loss of data, profits or goodwill arising from your use of the app. If we are found liable, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under laws that cannot be excluded.

When the terms evolve

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date. If you keep using the app after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
